A public administrator with over 25 years of experience leading organizations at the national and subnational levels. He specializes in the management and design of social policies and programs, having held executive and managerial positions in the Ministries of Labor and Employment Promotion, Agriculture, the Peruvian Sports Institute, as well as in various local governments.
