Peruvian diplomat with over 35 years of service to the State. He holds a degree in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Peru, has completed a Master's in Economics at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP), and has pursued postgraduate studies in Systems Engineering at the National University of Engineering.
