He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of the Republic of Uruguay and a Master's degree in Public Policy, with an emphasis on Public Management, from the same university. He served as an Advisor at the Agency for Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Policies in the Presidency of the Republic from March 2022 to March 2024. He has extensive experience in data analysis.
