Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship. He holds a Degree in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). Between 2010 and 2015 he was part of the Government of the Province of Buenos Aires holding the positions of Undersecretary for the Modernization of the State, Undersecretary of Social Policies of the Ministry of Social Development and Undersecretary of Industry, Commerce and Mining.

From December 2019 to September 2021 he was Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Nation.
