Biography
President of the Central Bank of Honduras, she has a degree in Economics from the Autonomous University of Honduras, postgraduate studies in rural development from the Postgraduate College of Montecillos, Mexico, and a postgraduate degree in Rural Development Planning from the Center for Urban and Rural Regional Studies of Israel.
Governor for the Government of Honduras to the Inter-American Development Bank, the World Bank and the Central American Bank for Economic Integration, and alternate Governor to the International Monetary Fund.
