Thirty-ninth session of ECLAC

Is the Acting Executive Director of the Chilean Agency for International Development Cooperation (AGCID), with 30 years of experience in international cooperation. He has led technical teams negotiating bilateral and triangular cooperation with countries such as Japan, Germany, the United States, Spain, among others. Likewise, he has led negotiations with multilateral partners such as: the European Union, IDB, CAF, World Bank, FAO and the Adaptation Fund. In his 28 years of work at AGCID, he has demonstrated the ability to develop networks, proactivity, analytical capacity and goal-oriented results. Speaker and panelist at numerous international events on international cooperation.
