Deputy Minister for Multilateral Affairs in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship of Costa Rica. He has been a Foreign Service Officer since 1998. He has studies in Law and International Relations.
Most recently, Mr. Guillermet-Fernández was the Deputy Permanent Representative at the Permanent Mission of Costa Rica to the United Nations in New York. Since 2016 until July 2018, he was Director General of Foreign Policy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship of Costa Rica. Before that, since July 2015 until September 2016 he was the Deputy Director General of Foreign Policy at the Ministry.
